I don't really care about the desktop, window borders, sounds or my screen saver.  What I intendance about is this blinding white background on file explorer. Seriously, brand it an option to change the background color in FILE EXPLORER or make the nighttime selection for apps utilise globally.....

We're glad to assistance with your concern. Please be informed that there's no option to change background color in File Explorer, nonetheless, you can modify the colour of Start, Taskbar, Action Middle by going into Settings > Personalization > Colors.

My husband inadvertently changed something on his PC.  At present the file explorer background is black, and titles are blackness also.  how tin nosotros modify it back to default setting?

I have read the cord, and back up the User's concerns.  MS Outlook allows Users to modify the background color to black.  What a relief to my eyes!!!  Please come up up with a way to do the same in File Explorer.  Information technology is really harming my/our optics.  Thanks, and provide your thoughts.
